  • What kinda products do you sell?

We sell unisex T-shirts (Half and Full Sleeves), Crop Tops, Hoodies, Badges, Stickers, Posters, Notebooks, Sketchbooks, Pop-grips, and Mugs.

 

  • What are the available sizes and product specifications?

  • How do I reach you for Customized Bulk Orders?

To get a customized T-shirt for your gang, send us your design, requirements, and contact details to [email protected] or WhatsApp us on +91 9884226990. The minimum order quantity for bulk orders is 25.

 

  • Do we have any specific handling instructions?

We send it with love, so please do handle it with care. For T-shirts, just do not iron on the print!! Simple!!

 


PAYMENT:

 

  • How can I confirm, if my order has reached Meesakar?

If your order has been successfully processed, you will first receive an email and SMS from Instamojo regarding payment confirmation and followed by an email and SMS from Meesakar regarding your order confirmation. The email should be listed under Social, Updates, or Promotions mailbox if not on your primary email box.


  • I have received a payment confirmation email but not an order confirmation email from Meesakar?

Kindly wait for a couple of minutes to see you receive the order confirmation email and SMS. Else, please reach out to [email protected] for further queries.


  • Do we have a Cash on Delivery option for our purchase?

No! We currently do not have a COD option on our website.

  

  • Do you charge for shipping and what is the minimum order value for availing of the free shipping option?

No! The shipping charges are absolutely on us and there are no minimum order value criteria for the same.

  

  • Do we have to pay any charges other than the price mentioned on your website?

You may be requested to pay a nominal convenience fee to the payment gateway partner for each payment other than the price mentioned on our website. The convenience fee is not a part of the Meesakar products and charged by the payment gateway partner only.

 

  • How should I track my failed transactions?

All UPI, Debit Card, Net Banking, and Credit Card transactions at Meesakar are secured. If your transaction fails, the amount would not be debited from your account.


  • My payment has been debited from my account but I have not received any confirmation email from Meesakar. What should I do?

All UPI, Debit Card, Net Banking, and Credit Card transactions at Meesakar are secured. If your payment has been debited from your account and if you have not received any confirmation from Payment gateway (Instamojo) and Meesakar. Your amount would be returned back to your account within 5 to 7 working days or as per your bank policy. Please reach out to [email protected] for further queries.

 

  • Tell us about the Meesakar Wallet?

You get all your reward points and refunds* into the Meesakar wallet. Reward points loaded into it will be automatically deducted from the order value. There is no expiry for the wallet and reward points.

SHIPPING

 

  • How long will it take for the product to reach me?

Our products will be delivered within 10 - 15 working days. In the case of local, national holidays, or unanticipated circumstances, it could extend more than 15 working days. (*Refer Shipping Policy)


  • I am ordering for someone, where should I provide the contact number of the receiving person?

Please mention the contact number in the "additional comments" section during the checkout process. If no number has been mentioned, we will consider the contact number used for ordering the product.

  

  • How long does the preorders take to deliver?

We allow customers to pre-order if the items are not available and/or are currently sold-out in our shop. Pre-orders placed with Meesakar may take up to 3 to 5 weeks to deliver. We will notify the tracking details once the product is ready to ship.

 

  • How to track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will be notified of the courier details through SMS and Email. We have made order tracking look easy for you! Please refer to the “Order Tracking” section of our website. If you have not received a tracking number, and if you are a registered customer, kindly visit our website to know the status of your order. Coordinate with the logistics partner to avoid any challenges in product delivery.

  • Do you ship the products out of India?

Currently, our website would not allow you to place orders. Please reach us through the below channel, we will help you out.

RETURN, REPLACEMENT & REFUND

 

  • I have received an incorrect shipment or a defective product, what should I do?

Kindly follow one of the below methods.

  1. Send us an email to [email protected] with your order details and the images of the defective/incorrect product within 2 days. Our customer support team will get back to you.
  2. Initiate return requests from our website within 2 days as mentioned below.

  • How to track my replacement/refund status?

We will do a quality check of the returned product. Used products or usage of Perfume on apparel will not be replaced. Upon receiving clearance from our quality team, we will let you know if we can replace or refund. (*Refer Return Policy). No exchanges on size issues. 



ORDER CANCELLATION

 

  • How to cancel my order?

Cancellation of a full or partial order is possible when intimated via email, to [email protected] within 6 hours of placing the order, and only if the order has not been processed, also shipped orders cannot be canceled.

  • What are the benefits of the additional comments section on the checkout page?

Add special instruction to the Meesakar team, this can either be accommodated or rejected and varies from case to case. We do not confirm and process unless we acknowledge back your request.
