- The website https://www.meesakar.in/ is owned and operated by Meesakar OPC Private Limited Company, incorporated under the laws of India.
- The term ‘Meesakar’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ or ‘our’ refers to the owner of the website. The term ‘you’ or ‘your’ refers to the user or viewer of the website.
- We declare that our commercial registered address is "Meesakar, #80, Raja Rathinam Nagar, Selvapuram, Coimbatore 641026 " from which we operate and also as the government records. Please note that all our operations are processed online only.
- By agreeing with this, we assume that you agree to our Terms of Service including Copyrights, Order Confirmation, Preorders, Notifications, Payment, Data Privacy, Shipping and Return, Replacement Exchange Policy, and Order Cancellation, etc. by using this website.
- The information provided on our website may change from time to time, so we would encourage you to check
it regularly.
- We request you to ensure that the products, services, and other information that are offered by our website meet your requirements for which we shall not be liable.
- We hold the right to change the
Product price, review and withdraw or amend any of the products and
services without prior notice.
- Unauthorized usage of the
website is treated and claimed for damages and/or be a criminal offense,
which is subject to the laws of India or any regulatory authority, and any
dispute or discrepancy arising out of it will be handled
accordingly.
- Submission of any personal
information is governed by our Privacy policy.
COPYRIGHTS
We reserve the
copyrights of all but are not limited to the Products, Images, Pictures,
Designs, Content, Data, Text, Music, Sound, Photographs, Graphics, Video,
Messages available on our website. Reproduction in any form is strictly
prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, as per the terms
and conditions. We expect and request all Meesakar users to respect our
copyright.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
- Order/preorder placed
before 1 PM will be processed the same day and orders placed after that will be
processed the next working day.
- Order/preorder placed on Friday
after 1 PM will process by Monday only.
- Once your order is confirmed,
you will receive an email from us with the status "Order
Confirmed".
- The minimum order value of the
shopping cart is set as INR 199.00 and orders should exceed the same to
proceed with the payment.
PREORDERS
- Pre-orders may take up to 3 - 5 weeks to ship or earlier based on the product type and availability.
- We allow customers to pre-order
during product launch sales/items that are not available and/or are currently sold-out in our shop.
NOTIFICATIONS
- Once you place an
order/preorder, you will receive a detailed order confirmation SMS
and an email from Meesakar.
- A detailed payment confirmation
SMS and email will be sent by Instamojo.
- If you do not receive one of
the above-mentioned notifications, please send us an email to [email protected]
and we will check and get back to you in 2 working days.
- Once the order/preorder is
confirmed, you will receive an email that the order status has been
changed to "Processed" and additional comments from us, if any.
- Once the order/preorder is
ready for shipment, we will send an SMS and email with the tracking
details.
- Once the order/preorder is
successfully delivered based on the status from the logistic partner's
website, we will send an SMS and email that the order has been
successfully delivered.
- Notification will not be sent
if there is any delay in shipment and we expect you to coordinate with the
logistics partner.
PAYMENT
- We support payment options such
as Debit Card, Net-banking, Credit Card, Wallet (Google
Pay, MobiKwik, FreeCharge, Ola Money, JioMoney), and UPI
- All Debit Card, Net Banking,
and Credit Card transactions at Meesakar are protected by SSL (Secure
Sockets Layer) and Secure Data Encryption. Don’t worry, your money is
safe!!
- Meesakar will consider your order only after you receive an order confirmation and payment confirmation message/email from both Meesakar and Instamojo.
- Due to Bank server / Internet issues, if there are any deductions from your bank, they will be refunded as per your bank policy. Meesakar would not be liable. We request you to get in touch with your bank.
DATA PRIVACY
- Data Privacy policy provides
information about our usage of the information we collect about you. You
are expected to review the data privacy policy whenever you visit our site
to make sure that you understand how any personal information you provide
will be used.
- We collect personal information
like Name, Address (Postal & Email), Phone Number which are
voluntarily provided by you during account creation and purchase of any
product. The information is used only to provide service and occasionally
send promotional emails to you.
- Meesakar employees, agents,
logistic partners, and contractors associated with us who have agreed for
Data Security and Confidentiality have access to your contact information.
If required, we might share this information for security and legal purposes to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorized transactions. We do not sell or lease your information under
any circumstances.
- Tracking technology and cookies
are used for business insights and not for any other marketing purposes.
SHIPPING
- We ship our products all over
India.
- Once the product is ready for shipment, we will notify you of the tracking details via email and SMS.
- Orders would be usually delivered within 10 to 15 working days from the order processed date.
- Meesakar does not guarantee any delivery date for the ordered product/s and it could be delivered earlier or might take more than 15 working days based on your delivery location and logistics partners.
- In the case of unexpected natural calamities, government restrictions/orders, holidays, political bandhs, or any other potential outages from the logistics partner's end, it could extend up to 30 working days.
- Delays in delivery are not notified by Meesakar and we expect the customer to coordinate with the logistics partner.
- Deliveries will be made on business days. Please do sign once the product is delivered.
- Meesakar is not responsible if the product/s is/are received by an alternate person and then lost/damaged or delivery failure due to incorrect/insufficient address.
- Change of the delivery address and contact number would not be possible after the order is processed from our end.
- Delivery failures, missing
products, or damaged packages during transit would not be claimed against
Meesakar.
- Delay in delivery should be
notified by the customers through email within 2 working days from the expected delivery date shown on the logistics partner's website and we
will not be liable after that.
RE-SHIPPING
- Our logistics team will act on the delivery failures based on the comments/feedback from the delivery team only.
- If the product has been returned back, our logistics team will analyze the reason for the return of the product and also analyze the challenges in product delivery and receiving end.
- If the issue is with product delivery, we will coordinate with the customer to deliver the product by collecting more delivery location-related details.
- If the issue is with product receiving/customer unavailability, we would wait until 3 business days for the customer to notify or request re-shipping. Beyond which the order value would be refunded as wallet points into your Meesakar wallet which could be used on your future purchases. You would then be expected to place a new order if the wallet points are added for an undelivered shipment.
- The customer does not have an option to cancel the returning order (undelivered order, which is in transit to Meesakar Hub), and only returned order can be canceled at the customer's request. Refunds will be made after deducting the return shipping charges of the original shipment deducted from our end.
- The product can be re-shipped with a maximum of 1 additional attempt other than the original shipment at our cost.
- If the re-shipped product has been returned back with an undelivered status, we will automatically cancel the order and refund the cost as wallet points after deducting the return shipping charges of the original shipment, forward shipment, and return shipping charges of the additional attempts that we have made from our end.
RETURN, REPLACEMENT, AND
REFUND
- Return, Replacement, and Refund will be accommodated only for defective or incorrectly delivered products.
- Return initiation should be made within 1 hour from the time of delivery.
- Incorrect orders placed or additional products ordered by mistake would not be considered for a refund.
- Tracking details must be shared via email for us to track the return shipment.
- The product will no longer be eligible for return/replacement beyond the above-mentioned time limit.
- We expect you to send us the order details and the images of the incorrect/defective product to [email protected] upon which our team will get back to you.
- Our quality team would take 3
working days to quality check and provide you with the next step to follow.
- If requested, we would want you to courier back the product and share the tracking details via email.
- Once the defective/incorrect product is received, it will be sent for a quality check, and based on the outcomes we will either resend/replace/refund it through the payment mode you used (*Refer payment return process) /the same value will be credited into Meesakar wallet which can be used on a future purchase.
- Used products or usage of
Perfume on apparel will not be replaced.
- Please make sure the product is intact, unused, and in the original packaging along with product tags.
ORDER CANCELLATION
- Cancellation of a full or partial order is possible when communicated via email to [email protected] within 1 hour of placing the order
- Order cancellation would not be possible if the order is in processed, printed, shipped, or in-transit status.
- Incorrect orders placed or additional products ordered by mistake would not be canceled if communicated within the above-mentioned timeline only.
WORKING HOURS
- Meesakar online store is open
24*7.
- Our customer support team will
be available only from Monday to Friday between 10 AM to 7 PM.
- Any inquiry mails or WhatsApp
messages received after the above specified time will be answered on the
next business day.
- We usually revert to all
inquiry emails in less than 24 hours.
HOLIDAYS
- We follow all local and
national holidays.
- Our customer support team will
not be active during this period and you may expect a delay in our
responses and order processing time.
- Any inquiry mails or WhatsApp messages received during this period will be answered on the next business day only.
